Free ‘activity menu’ for Men’s Health Week

The Community Networks in the Northern Area have created an Activity Menu for men aged 16yrs + to support them in taking action on their health during Mens Health Week 15th – 21st June.

All sessions are FREE as funded by the PHA and will be delivered via Zoom, each evening at 7:30pm – 8pm from the 15th – 19th of June.

Zoom is a free online video facility and a simple step by step instruction on how to download the zoom app will be emailed in advance to each participant who registers. A zoom link for the registered sessions will then be emailed to each participant.

Men can select certain sessions or register for them all – the choice is entirely up to each man.

To take part all men require is to have a relevant device ie mobile, ipad, laptop, desktop which they can download the free zoom app onto.

These sessions have been organised with men in mind and include MOT health checks with local pharmacists, self care for men, cookalongs ie making kebab bread & making a BBQ side!

Please check out the flyer for all other information. Recipe cards and instructions will be emailed to those registered for the cookalong sessions/cookery demo and also posted on Network Facebook pages a few days before.So why wait – REGISTER NOW!!:)
