FREE Gentle Mindful Movement Sessions Now Available


Fancy 12 weeks of free Chair Yoga sessions via ZOOM? Then register today to begin from Friday 5th June at 10:30am

The 12 session programme  will run 10:30am to 11:00am each Friday from the 5th of June to Friday 28th of August 2020 virtually via a Zoom call

The session will include 30mins of:

* Beginners seated yoga poses

* Mindful breathing exercises
* Gentle movement 
Benefits include:* Improved mobility* Better concentration* Increased strength* Reduced joint strain* Decreased stress

Sessions are for adults and are open to community & voluntary sector service providers of mental health and emotional wellbeing and people interested in building resilience. Preference will be given to people who live/work/volunteer within the: Coleraine/Ballymoney/Moyle areas of Causeway Coast & Glens Council Area and Ballymena/Larne areas of Mid & East Antrim Council Area.

Sessions are FREE as funded by the Public Health Agency

*Please note: To participate in these sessions participants will be required to have downloaded zoom onto an appropriate device in advance.

How to download Zoom on your device

  1. Open your device’s internet browser and navigate to the Zoom website at Zoom.us.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “Download” in the web page’s footer.
  3. On the Download Center page, click “Download” under the “Zoom Client for Meetings” section.
  4. The Zoom app will then begin downloading

A zoom link will be emailed upon registration for session 1 and then weekly in advance of each Fridays’ session. Please be in the waiting area10-15 minutes in advance of each sessions’ commencement to allow for a time of connection, settling in, welcome & introduction. It would be great to see you then.
