One of Rathmoyle Resource Centre’s longest serving and most popular workers has retired.

Mary Brennan, who has been at Rathmoyle for the past 18 years, was centre stage at a farewell function at the Millside Restaurant, Cloughmills, where colleagues paid tribute to her work and worth down the years.

Mary, a Care Assistant, was told she would be missed and the large turn out testified to the esteem in which she was held.

Long-standing colleagues including Austin McFadden, Benny Elliott and Dolores Graham joined Mary for the function.

Mary, who lives in the Ballycastle area, said she had worked with a “great bunch of people” and that she would really miss them all.

Mary who also said she was humbled by the turn out.
