A man has been charged with obstructing a police officer in the execution of his duty.
Lyle Dennis Thomas Connolly (28), of Carnany Drive, Ballymoney, is alleged to have committed an offence on February 18 this year.
The case was mentioned at Coleraine Magistrates Court on Friday.Defence solicitor Sam Barr said a complaint had been made to the Ombudsman.
The case was adjourned to mid-September.
