Man charged with damaging cat flap has case further adjourned

A man charged with assault and causing criminal damage to a cat flap and back door has had the case further adjourned to September 2.

Martin Shaw (36), of Newhill Park, Ballymoney, is also accused of attempting to damage a front door.
Regarding May 26 this year he is also accused of making a threat to damage property and obstructing a police officer.
The case was mentioned at Coleraine Magistrates Court on September 2 and adjourned for a week.
