A collaboration between the NHS, Public Health England and The British Heart Foundation, have launched a FREE online check toolkit aimed to give you an estimation of a adults ‘Heart Age’.
The tool asks adults over 30 to answer a range of questions and determines an estimate of the persons Heart age. If the estimate is higher than normal, the person will be told they have an increased chance of having a heart attack or stroke and advise how to cut this risk.
So far 4/5 people recorded a ‘Heart Age’ higher than their current age with about 2million having taken the test so far.
