Motorists should expect some traffic delays in and around the town on Saturday and Sunday.
Translink has increased rail capacity in operation during the show. Full details are available at http://www.translink.co.uk/airwaves/ Additional capacity will be added to the scheduled services and the enhanced summer train timetable between Coleraine and Portrush will be in operation.
The free park and ride shuttle bus service is located on the Ballywillan Road, and runs to the Curran Gate public access point on Causeway Street from 9am – 7pm both days.
Visitors travelling from Portrush to Portstewart for Air Waves @ Portstewart Saturday night entertainment are encouraged to use the 140 bus service running at normal times.
Motorists are asked to be mindful of this event and to allow additional time for their journey.
