Auto repair business targeted in overnight burglary

Police are appealing for information following a report of a burglary in the Whitepark Road area of Ballycastle.

Inspector Jack said: “It was reported that a premises in the area had been broken into between 11pm on Sunday (10th April) and 8am on Monday (11th April).

“A number of items have been taken, including a black Seat Ibiza and a number of tools.

“Our enquiries are continuing to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident. Police would appeal to anyone with any information to contact them on 101, quoting reference number 349 11/04/22. According g to the business owner, items stolen include a black 2013 seat ibiza car, launch diagnostic machine, CP battery impact gun, metabo battery drill, Sealey space warmer, laser wheel alignment gauges, big selection of various laser hand tools and special tools battery testers multi meters.
