There may have been no Gold for Ballymoney at the NI High Street Hero awards last night, but the town was still proud, thanks to several independent retailers.
Having been shortlisted for ‘High Street of the Year’, unfortunately, Ballymoney lost out to both Coleraine & Newtownards, who were jointly awarded the top prize of the evening.
However, that didn’t stop The Winsome Lady from winning Silver in ‘fashion retailer’ of the year whilst W&J Walkers also earned a Silver in ‘hardware retailer’ of the year.
Brooklands Nearby in Balnamore completed the list of awards for Ballymoney with a Bronze for ‘Best Convenience Store’.
