A woman was convicted at Coleraine Magistrates’ Court today for claiming benefits she was not entitled to.
Sandra Gibson (55) of Royal Terrace, Balnamore claimed Income Support, Employment and Support Allowance and Housing Benefit totalling £6,775 while failing to declare employment. She was given 120 hours community service.
She is also required to repay the outstanding money wrongfully obtained to the Social Security Agency
