Police received a report of a fire at Laurel Hill Road area of Coleraine shortly before 3am this morning (Wednesday, 17th July).
Constable Snape said “Police and NIFRS attended the scene where a derelict property was on fire. The building suffered extensive damage.
We are working to establish the cause of the blaze and would appeal to anyone who witnessed the incident, or saw any suspicious activity in the area prior to or around the time the fire was reported to us, to contact police at Coleraine Station on the non emergency number 101, quoting reference number 172 of 17/07/19.
