DUP Councillor John McAuley has welcomed news that additional resources are to be allocated to Ballymoney to deal with uncut grass and weeds.
After a number of complaints, Cllr McAuley has been lobbying Environmental Services in resolving the matter.
Responding to the Councillors request, the Director of Environmental Services has said:
” I am reallocating some additional resource to Ballymoney this week. We will try and get caught up as soon as possible”
Cllr McAuley has also said:
“I will also be meeting the Chief Executive on Friday morning to follow up on this response and review a number of issues raised 2 weeks ago.”
