Local Ballymoney cafe, Monty’s, have revealed that the business has been recognised for their ’exceptional levels of food quality, service and value’ after receiving a prestigious ’Good Food’ for cafe 2021 award.
In an announcement made on the cafes social media page, they wrote: ”We are super excited to share this with you!” before posting a picture of their award.
Going on the cafe said: ”Thank you to all our lovely customers for voting for us.
”More importantly, thank you to the best team of people who work hard I’m Monty’s day in and day out. You made this possible”
Despite the hardship experienced by the COVID pandemic to the hospital industry, the local cafe has remained popular with a spokesperson for the Good Food awards writing this of the business on the awards website:
”Over the last twelve months we have evaluated customer feedback and these premises have demonstrated exceptional levels of food quality, service and value when compared to our industry benchmarks in their category.
”In recognition of this achievement they have been duly awarded the 2021 Good Food Award for Cafes.
Let many other hospitality businesses in the area, Monty’s will no doubt be looking forward to re-opening the doors to their customers on November 20 following the lifting of the current and extended ’circuit breaker’ restriction.
