The Ballycastle & Ballymoney Neighbourhood Team are taking the opportunity to remind the public about the various way you can contact them to raise an issue for their attention.

Inspector Davy Burns explains: “Our team covers a significant area and with dedicated officers for each ward we want to remind you of how you can get in touch. We provide neighbourhood policing from Portballintrae around the coast to Waterfoot and across to Rasharkin including Cloughmills, Dunloy, Ballymoney, and not forgetting Rathlin Island.

“Our focus is on working with our partners to reduce anti-social behaviour, ensure our roads are safe for everyone and work with communities to tackle issues around the sale and supply of illegal and dangerous drugs. Rural crime is also a priority and we are committed to providing effective patrolling that offers reassurance to farmers and rural residents as well as preventing crime.”
