Male arrested following Limavady drug searches

The police have made an arrest following searches carried out in Limavady, in which a quantity of drugs were seized.

Speaking about the arrest the Police said: “Earlier this evening the Limavady Neighbourhood Policing Team along with our colleagues from the O12 Tactical Support Group carried out searches within two Limavady properties, these searches targeted illegal drugs activity.

“As a result a quantity of controlled drugs have been seized along with a substantial amount of cash.
