Detectives in Coleraine have charged a 43-year-old man with offences, including blackmail, in relation to an incident at premises on Causeway Street in Portrush on Friday, 11th September.
The man is due to appear before Coleraine Magistrates’ Court tomorrow (Monday, 14th September).
The man is also charged with two counts of threats to kill, one count of damage to property; possession of a Class A controlled drug and possession of a Class B controlled drug.
As is normal procedure, the charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
