Police are appealing for witnesses to a Road Traffic incident which occurred on Sunday the 21st of April 2019 at approximately 1230 hours on the Frosses Road in the area of the Kilraughts Road Roundabout, Ballymoney.
The incident involved a grey car and a red car.
