Port car parks ‘Crowded beyond belief’ say police

Police patrolling Portrush this afternoon have described the seasides main car parks as ‘crowded beyond belief’.

Posting a picture of a packed car park on their social media page, the post read:

“We understand that the Sun is out and shining but please do not flock to natural beauty spots or beaches where social distancing isn’t an option!.”
