Incident at Westminister

There is an ongoing incident unfolding at Westminster. It is believed that a number of pedestrians have been knocked down on Westminster bridge by a vehicle which then drove and crashed into the railings outside Westminster.

It is also been reported that a police officer was stabbed by an attacker who made off from the vehicle. The attacker has also been reportly shot by another officer.

It is unclear if there were anyone else involved but police have closed the area around Westminster and are now searching the Westminster building. Police are currently treating this as a terrorist attack.
