Unfortunatly the Twelfth wasn’t without incident after a flute band in Belfast defied a Parades Commission ruling in playing a tune instead of a single drum beat as it passed St Patricks church in the city.

A 16 year old also became trapped under a car during riots at a flashpoint in the Ardoyne area. The driver was arrested at the scene and police are currently investigating the inceident.

A bus of orangemen returning home from the Coleraine parade had their bus attacked as its bus passed trought the Village of Greysteel.
