There have been reports of the theft of lead and copper from disused factory premises at Ballymena Road on Monday 15th June. Police are currently investigating but it is believed that entry was gained to the premises sometime between 6.30pm on Friday 12th and 8.30am on Monday 15th June.
“Investigations are ongoing and police would appeal to anyone who noticed any suspicious activity in the area to contact officers at Ballymoney on 101. Information can also be passed anonymously through the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
