Rasharkin burglary

Detectives are appealing for information following an aggravated burglary in the Glenfield area of Rasharkin last evening, Thursday, 29 September. 
Shortly after 10.00pm police received a report that four masked men had forced their way into a house and assaulted a male occupant with crowbars.
He was taken to hospital for treatment to his injuries which are not believed to be life threatening.
Detective Sergeant Stewart would appeal to anyone who has information about this incident to contact Detectives at Coleraine on the non-emergency number 101. Alternatively, if someone would prefer to provide information without giving their details they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 111.
