The police have confirmed that two men, aged 28 and 47, have been arrested in connection in what they have discribed as ‘violent loyalist paramilitary activity’.
Detective Inspector Alan Pyper issued a statement saying,
“Officers searched two houses in Bushmills alongside the arrests. Both men are being questioned at present at the Serious Crime Suite in Antrim Police Station.”
