51 year old charged with the ‘murder’ of Inayat Shah in Ballymena

Police have said the they have charged a 51 year old man with murder, following a stabbing incident on the Galgorm Road are of the town yesterday.

The victim was named as Inayat Shah, who owned the ‘Travlers Rest’ close to the towns bus & railway station.

The 51 year old is expected to appear before Coleraine Magistrates Court tomorrow, Monday 23 March.
