A large number of Bank of Ireland customers are experiencing problems with the banks balance service.
A spokesperson for the bank say they are aware of the problem and are investigating.
“We are aware of an issue with some customers’ balances not adjusting following recent transactions. We are working to apply these to accounts, and would like to apologise for any inconvenience. We will provide a further update as soon as possible.”
They further advise affected customers to,
“check their bank account throughout the day.”
