A woman was recovered from the sea at Browns Bay Islandmagee earlier this evening by the Larne RNLI lifeboat, after getting into difficulties.
The Coastguard Rescue Helicopter 199 from Prestwick was tasked along with Coastguard teams from Larne, Portmuck and Ballycastle.
The PSNI alongside colleagues from NIAS also attended and a paramedic was winched onto Larne Lifeboat to provide an initial assessment and treatment to the patient, before she was whinched into the R199 Helicopter and flown to Antrim Area Hospital.
Her condition at this stage is not known.
