During the first COVID-19 briefing since the Easter holidays, the First Minister Arlene Foster announced that the lockdown regulations in place in Northern Ireland, would remain in place for at least a further three weeks.
Speaking at the briefing, the First Minister said that a review of these regulations would take place following this period and a decision based on the current data at that time.
The Deputy First Minister urged people to “dig in, to stay strong and save lives”.
