Michael Dunlop has taken his 20th win at the TT in Tuesday’s (June 6) 3 lap Supersport race.
This also marks his eighth win in the Supersport class.
The Ballymoney rider spoke on Saturday following the Superbike race of his disappointment at only taking the third spot on the podium.
However, in a closely fought race this morning, Dunlop broke the course lap record he set in 2019 at 129.475 mph, taking the win 3.8 seconds ahead of Dean Harrison in 2nd and Peter Hickman in third.
Michael will pull his racing leathers on again this afternoon (3 pm) hoping to make it 21 wins, starting sixth on the grid on the Honda in the Superstock race.
