Ballymoney Road Racer, Darryl Tweed, will compete at the Cookstown100 road races this weekend for McAdoo Kawasaki team.
Darry will join his teammate, Adam McClean for the Cookstown based racing team – riding the Kawasaki Z650 in the Supertwin class.
“I’m delighted to be giving this opportunity by McAdoo Racing and can’t thank them enough.” the Ballymoney rider said after the news broke.
“I am really looking forward to a great days racing at Cookstown and seeing all my racing buddies again.”
Tweed may be racing under different colours, however the road racer will be carrying his familiar number #59, no doubt hoping to pick up some silverware to come home with.
The Cookstown100 race meeting in one of very few road races to take place as part of this years season, but due to the easing of a number of COVID-19 restrictions, will go ahead.
