The US President has announced that the country will use the full powers of the Federal Government against COVID-19.
During today’s press conference the President announced various actions including free testing for citizens, protection of employers & employees and increased production of face masks.
Trump had previously announced a travel ban on flights to Europe which excluded the UK and Ireland, but suggested that this may be extended to include these two country’s.
The president also suggested that restriction could also be extended to domestic flights within the US, a decision and announcement which would be made at later date.
