The BBC have announced their intentions to delay changes to the TV licence fees in light of COVID-19.
The introduction of licence fees for the over 75s is expected to be delayed till August.
The BBC chairwoman, Sir David Clementi said:
“These are exceptional circumstances and now is not the right time.We are fully focussed on delivering our services to the public at this difficult time.”
