Police have seized a large amount of alcohol at Coleraine Railway station following reports that youths were travelling to the North Coast to drink.
Local and Neighbourhood Policing teams increased their presence at railway stations across the North Coast in response to the increased numbers travelling this afternoon to Portrush.
A Police spokesperson has said: “Officers will continue patrolling the area throughout the day and night in an effort to prevent anti-social behaviour in the area.
“These young people had travelled from Antrim, Ballymena and Belfast, parents are you happy you know where your child is?“
