Police in Ballymoney have charged a 38-year-old man to court, after attending a report of a disturbance in the Cherry Gardens area, this morning, Thursday 16th November.
Officers attended to bring the disturbance under control and arrested a man for assaulting two police officers.
The man is due to appear at Coleraine Magistrates’ Court on Monday 11th December 2023.
As is usual procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
