Nadine’s triathlon in support of the NHS

A local woman, Nadine Morris, is doing her bit to support the NHS at this difficult time.

Raising funds for Causeway Scrubs, who are making the garment for NHS staff, Nadine will attempt a ‘triathlon’ of sorts towards the cause.

Breaking down the stages of her fundraiser, Nadine explains:

“I will be doing an Olympic distance triathlon. broken down I will be aiming to do a 35min pool swim, 1hr 30m turbo trainer bike spin, followed by a loop of the town run.

“An Olympic distance covers a 1.5km swim, 40km bike, and 10km run.

“Hoping this will make some difference, no matter how small.”
