The news earlier this month that Carmichael’s restaurant and bistro was closing came as a shock, but as it’s door closed on Church Street, the street is due to welcome an old business with new premises and a facelift.
Moving from Main Street to the former premises of Roscoes on Church Street, Monty’s cafe has been keeping its customers updated on the exciting renovations via Facebook with several pictures below.
The new look Cafe is due to open on Monday 3rd June.
Speaking about the move on Friday, the owners said;
“It’s like the final episode of Friends, keys handed in on the Main Street!
We are very happy to announce Montys will be open in Church Street this Monday, 3rd June! We look forward to seeing you all in our new premises!
