Margaret Mitchel is from Aghadowey and has celebrated her 100th birthday today (Monday, April 26) with a special coin presentation.
Margaret received a special commemorative coin from the Mayor of Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council Alderman Mark Fielding and Mayoress Mrs Phyliss Fielding.
The coins have been created as part of Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council’s NI 100 programme and will be presented to all residents of the Borough who turn 100 in 2021.
